• Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any item that is damaged or altered may not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Return an Item

For Online Purchases

• Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
• Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

For In-Person Purchases

• Visit Our Shop: Bring your item along with the receipt to our Almond River Records shop.
• In-Store Process: Our staff will assist you with the return process. If the item is eligible, you will receive a refund or exchange, as per your preference.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
• Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will help you select a replacement item subject to availability.
